Work in Progress | Loughborough Junction

As part of the London Festival of Architecture, Fluid curated and hosted an inspirational walk through Loughborough Junction’s to hidden workspaces, meeting makers, doers and creators. On a balmy summer evening, a group of locals, architects, students, and interested visitors exchanged views and gained insights of what lies behind the rollers shutters, enclaves, railway arches and converted houses.

We met Platform Meanwhile Project, Beer Hive brewery, Gaskell Quartz – a precious gem and stone carvers, the Edible Bus Stop’s base, Miguel’s gym, Shakespeare Business Centre and Clockwork Studios. Enthused we returned to the Loughborough Farm and PlantRoom for pizza, local beer and more conversations. With great thanks to the Loughborough Junction Action Group and helpers for their great hospitality.

And thanks to all who attended.
