Victoria Pub

Planning submission was granted in January 2016 for the interim use of The Victoria Pub as a start-up kitchen, café and flexible co-making / co-working venue for the local community.

Fluid developed the programme and designs for the interim use of the derelict Victoria Pub with the local community through a series of workshops and visits. The revived building will provide an incubator space for local businesses to grow and collaborate. It will also act as a catalyst for the growth of businesses as part of the wider redevelopment aspirations and the local area. After the 3-year interim period, the building will revert to being a pub.

Fluid is currently developing the detail design and construction drawings for the project with a view to construction starting on site in Summer 2016.
