Work on the reserved matters application for phase 1 of this 600-home masterplan near Basingstoke is now well advanced. Fluid has been in discussion with David Wilson Homes (South) and the Homes and Communities Agency (joint clients) to develop existing and new typologies as part of this design process for the first 280 units. These include ‘stacked bungalows’ (in response to the sloping site) and ‘articulated apartment blocks’ (used for nuanced place building).
