Park Prewett

Reserved Matters was granted in December 2015, by Basingstoke and Deane Council for the construction of 300 homes on the Land North of Park Prewett.

This will be Phase 1 of the housing masterplan commissioned by the Homes & Communities Agency (HCA) in partnership with David Wilson Homes (Southern) to deliver up to 600 new homes on land to the north of the former Park Prewett Hospital in north Basingstoke, Hampshire.

For the Reserved Matters application Fluid developed a number of innovative housing typologies using David Wilson Homes (Southern) standard house types, and contextually driven bespoke apartment blocks located in the higher density areas of the masterplan.
