Park Prewett Housing Masterplan

In April 2012 this masterplan for up to 585 new homes on a site at the northern edge of Basingstoke in Hampshire was submitted by house builder David William Homes and partner the HCA.

Fluid was appointed in 2010 as part of Atkins multidisciplinary panel, to provide masterplanning and architecture services. The scheme is to go to committee in December 2013 following which detail design for reserved matters for the first phase of development will be submitted by Fluid.
