New Architects Club
05 January 2014
Fluid continues their involvement with this year’s New Architects Club at Sir John Soane’s Museum in the second of three sessions with the club.
The design brief for the project explores the creation of a new pavilion for the nearby Lincoln’s Inn Fields. This session focused on developing concepts and designs using both 2d and 3d representation techniques. Fluid discussed collage and maquette precedents to inspire the NAC with their designs. Design ideas were then explored through a making workshop where the NAC created sketch models and collages. The day finished with a work in progress presentation of all projects to parents and staff of the museum.
Fluid is looking forward to visiting the New Architects Club once again in June this year.
