MIPIM 2017
09 March 2017
Fluid will again be in attendance at MIPIM this year represented by directors Steve McAdam and Afolabi Spence. A model of our town centre area strategy for Wood Green will be central to Haringey’s stand, and Steve & Afolabi will be at the stand, in the London Pavilion, between events. So do drop by if you’d like to chat.
We will be promoting a range of current projects at MIPIM as listed below, together with our historic High Street 2012 public realm vision, which is now mostly delivered. Our distinctive work, enshrined in collaborative design and encompassing urban strategies, masterplanning and bespoke architectural commissions, is something we’d be very happy to discuss.
High Street 2012 – Overhaul of a 6km ribbon of public land and assets

‘Eastern Cluster’ Area Strategy for City of London – future planning for the densest part of Europe

Wood Green Area Strategy and AAP – a new destination in the metropolis

Sunleigh Estate Development – a bespoke architectural jewel for Alperton

The Victoria – a new public house (and training kitchens) for Deptford

City of London Cultural Hub – enhancing access to and enjoyment of London’s new centre of culture
