The Role
We are recruiting for a Project Leader to manage projects and support the growth of Fluid as a field leading co-design practice. Key responsibilities will be leading a small team consisting of architects, urbanists and project assistants in delivering socio-cultural place research, community and stakeholder engagement, urban strategies, cultural placemaking projects, public realm visions, social infrastructure plans, masterplans and feasibility studies for sites across London and further afield.

This is a client-facing role working closely with Fluid Directors and other project leaders across the business, and sister company Soundings. The post holder will be responsible for delivering high quality projects to time, scope and budget. Bid management and report production will also be key to the role.

You should have a minimum of five years industry experience in the field of urban design and architecture and a thorough understanding of the sector and role of engagement in delivering sustainable communities.

Candidates should be qualified to a minimum of RIBA Part 2, or equivalent in a relevant field. It is essential to be competent in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. As well as having excellent written language.

The ideal candidate will be able to independently mange client relationships, team resourcing and project budgets. We are looking for a reliable self-starter who is comfortable responding to changing project needs and tight deadlines.
