Outline planning consent gained for 585 homes in Basingstoke, Hampshire

Fluid have been working with David Wilson Homes (Southern) to prepare a landscape driven masterplan for a unique site on the edge of the countryside, in Park Prewett, on HCA land. The vision is for a blend of the new with a sense of rootedness and tradition.

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council approved the outline application at last night’s planning committee meeting.

Next year will see the development of the reserved matters detailed design for the first phase of approximately 290 homes under the guiding theme of “Contemporary Rural”
