Shortlisted Competition – Second Place

Our ambitious design aimed to turn the former Youth Theatre and Corn Store into a market place and centre for Kentish produce whilst offering flexible workspaces for tech start-ups and a new public space and visible landmark for Ashford’s Commercial Quarter.

We congratulate Carl Turner Architects for their winning proposal and look forward to developing and building new projects with our partners from Meanwhile Space, Structure Mode, Trinity Design and Max Fordham.
